This charming bungalow-style retreat on Little Lake is perfect for any getaway. The inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath home offers wraparound water views with a beautiful forested island as the backdrop. In summer, enjoy the expansive private deck, ideal for morning coffee, sunset views, or relaxing in the shade while kids play on the lake. In winter, snowmobile directly from the house to the trail system or walk out onto the lake for an ice fishing. Hot tub ($50) upgrade and pontoon rental available.

Farm stay at Tonella Farms (between MQT/Munising)

Tonella Farms offers a very private setting and guest suite at a newly established farm. Located 20 miles from Marquette and 30 miles from Munising and Pictured Rocks. Surrounded by forest that is open to recreational activities right out the door (hiking, biking, bird watching, x-country skiing). Only minutes away from Laughing Whitefish Falls and Eben Ice Caves. Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Point of the Point - Lake Superior Waterfront

Built in 1974, this rustic and architecturally unique cabin is an all wood modified A-Frame nestled in the woods of the Upper Peninsula. Floor to ceiling windows and a lofted second floor allow natural light and gorgeous views of Lake Superior. Enjoy our sandstone swimming hole in the summer, or the cast iron wood stove in the winter. Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Each cabin has a queen bed with a set of bunk beds, a futon, full bathroom, electric two burner cooktop, 43” TV, refrigerator, microwave, fire-pit, covered porch, and picnic table. All Cabin rentals include water, electricity, AC and heat. Linens, towels and kitchen utensils are provided.Cabins will also have private wifi access. Large parking available for ATV/Snowmobile trailers.

🌿The Sugar Shack is a cozy 12x12 rustic cabin tucked into 40 Acres of Northwoods and located 17 miles north of Marquette. Hidden in the foothills of the Huron Mountains, you will be in close proximity to our best hiking trails, waterfalls and beaches. The little town of Big Bay is nearby with a general store, fuel, bar, cafe and restaurant.
