This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

You'll be walking distance to awesome coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the oldest park in the city. And beautiful Oakland Cemetery is just up the street. The King Memorial MARTA train stop is .3 miles (three city blocks) away.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area.
