Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. Enjoy the loving touches for guests including fire pit + a full service coffee area. Gooseneck Vineyards is across the road! Close to URI & Salve Regina… A short car ride to Jamestown, Narragansett + Newport, your lake/beach adventures await your arrival!

Come and relax in our beautiful updated loft filled with modern amenities! 10 minute drive/uber from downtown Providence and airport. A short walk from village shops, restaurants, zoo and the water! Enjoy the brand new hot tub with 50 jets in the cozy enclosed private space. Melt away stress in the giant rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, 75' smart TV and full size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Three quarters of the house has water views. 2 bedrooms inside the home, and a bonus room detached from the house which features another sofa and tv, our home is perfect for small families or two couples. Somerset's a small town surrounded by big attractions. It's 18 miles from Providence, 25 miles from Newport, 40 miles from Cape Cod, and 50 miles from Boston.
