Ravello Rose is a Grade ll Listed thatched cottage in the historic village of Barley, ideal for walking or cycling and close to Cambridge and Duxford IWM. Situated in a peaceful lane ten minutes walk from the village centre and 2 pubs, the property has its own front door, well equipped kitchenette, modern shower and toilet, large lounge diner, inglenook and two double bedrooms. Free parking for one car on our drive. An EV charger can be used for overnight charging. Ask about availability/cost.

The Barn in Nuthampstead

Lovely, open-plan old barn conversion in a beautiful rural hamlet full of WWII history. This newly refurbished one bedroom barn is perfectly situated for countryside walks along the Hertfordshire Way, clay pigeon shooting at the Olympic standard Nuthampstead Shooting Ground, cycling, and a short walk to our local pub full of military history from the time an American Bomber squadron was based here. We are only 30 minutes by car from Cambridge City Centre and plenty of nearby attractions.

Our quiet, well equipped holiday cottage is tucked in the centre of a beautiful rural village with fabulous walks & great cycling; yet Cambridge is just 12 miles away. We have two village pubs; one a gastro pub the other more traditional. A car is recommended, parking on the road outside is free with no restrictions in a quiet location. We have a great village shop, Royston 4m, Saffron Walden 8m. Central London by train 30 min & Stansted Airport 12 miles. We hope to welcome you soon!

Wonderfully cosy barn, recently renovated to a genuinely high spec - the Grade II listed 'Dovecote' is located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard and the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

This is a lovely old detached thatched cottage to stay for a relaxing time in beautiful countryside yet not far from good pubs and other local amenities . Barn Cottage is within easy reach of the market town of Saffron Walden, the historic Audley End Estate and Cambridge . It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

SELF CATERING set in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse in a secluded walled garden. This 500 acre working farm is on the edge of the village of Great Chishill. We are on the B1039 midway between Royston and Saffron Walden, ideal for Stansted Airport and the Cambridge/Liverpool Street and Cambridge/Kings Cross train lines with Royston and Audley End Stations both being just 5 miles away. Cambridge 'Park & Ride' is a 20 minute drive.

Enjoy your stay in the newly converted Ugley Coachhouse. The house is on a very quiet lane and is perfect for a relaxing break in the countryside. The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
