Located in the centre of the small town of Burton Latimer, the barn has ample free secure parking, with local shops, takeaways, parks and many quality restaurants on the doorstep. Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

The Cottage

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a lovely tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, t.v, free view box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a tiny mini fridge. There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a comfy seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This gazebo will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.p

The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is a great place to escape on a break or even a home from home while working away. An "upside-down" house. Downstairs finds 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/utility room. Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen and living area with views over the garden and the village rooftops. Having 7 years experience of hosting in The Garden Cottage, prior to AirBnB, our aim is to provide a private, comfortable, clean and peaceful space, whilst being available to help if needed.

Our space offers a super king bed (or two singles) a beautiful step-free en-suite, cloak room, sitting room, and fully equipped kitchen. The sofas can be easily converted to single beds if required. Private gated parking. Just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, For the Love of Wine bar, and shop. 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes, 10 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping centre.

Beautiful, quiet barn conversion

This old stone barn was converted to a high standard in 2005 and is in a quiet rural village location with wonderful countryside for walking, fishing, cycling etc. With a high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen and bathroom the bedroom is large enough to have 2 king size beds and a sofa bed and can sleep 5 people in comfort. The collection of classic bikes displayed on the wall will amaze and inspire. The village has a lovely pub, chip shop, Indian takeaway, lake, River Nene. Great location.

The sympathetically refurbished Wren Cottage is in a quiet lane in the heart of beautiful Mears Ashby and is exclusively yours for your stay. It’s a little home from home. Visit the village's award winning pub and other excellent local eateries then walk off the calories around Sywell Reservoir. Our best kept secret is Northamptonshire - 'the county of squires and spires'. An Ideal base for working locally: hotels can be too impersonal. Nearest rail, Wellingborough. Host lives next door.

Spinney Loft a hidden gem.

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
