Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach we have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. Start up some s’mores in the fire pit. Fishermen bring your boats! Plenty of private parking in driveway. Great golf within minutes.

The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
