Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Relax in our Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Mom & Dad get the comfortable king size bed. Kids get the queen size sofa bed. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, blender.... everything you need for a great time at the beach or pool. Enjoy the lakeside view from our balcony or walk to the pool or private beach (beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie board provided for your use). Restaurants, Starbucks and Ice Cream Shop are on the premises.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
