Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Primrose Cottage is a modern home with all the modern facilities, WiFi, TV’s in all rooms, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable, ample off street parking for approx 8 cars. Covid 19 caution During your stay to keep everyone save we will not be entering the premises until you leave. I will make sure that their is enough bathroom towels thoughtfully your stay.
