The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

With 4 bedrooms, we do not allow guests on lounges or the floor. Maximum 8 guests. No parties & no functions. Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. Rose's Boutique Apartment

A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.
