It is just five minutes' walk from the centre of Grange-over-Sands, an unspoiled Edwardian seaside town on the coast of Morecambe Bay, 20 minutes from the Lake District National Park. The Studio is the ideal base from which to visit the attractions, see the lovely sights and enjoy the activities that the area offers. Public transport into the Lakes is limited and a car is recommended for wider exploration.

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Lindale offers spectacular views over the Levens valley and Howgill fells and is an ideal base for those enjoying walking, mountain biking or simply relaxing. The medieval village of Cartmel is a 15 minute walk away, via public footpath through the surrounding fields or country lanes. The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
