This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 36 m² bietet die Ferienwohnung ausreichend Platz für Ihre Bedürfnisse. Das kleine Bad mit WC in der Wohnung sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort und Privatsphäre während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Wälder und Felder rund um Ruhlsdorf laden zu schönen Spaziergängen und zum Pilze sammeln ein. Kaum zu glauben, dass diese Oase der Ruhe in nur 45 Minuten mit dem Auto von Berlin Mitte zu erreichen ist.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Auf 1000 qm Grundstück können Sie die Natur vollkommen alleine genießen. Beobachten Sie Sonnenauf- und –untergänge in der Kanzel auf dem Steg. Ruderboote können in der Nähe in der Saison ausgeliehen werden. Auch Angeln ist am Rahmersee mit Angelkarte möglich.

Das auf unserem Hof gelegene Ferienhaus wurde 2010 gebaut und lädt zu erholsame und entspannte Tage auf dem Land ein. Durch eine direkte Anbindung an den Beverinsee sind kleine Bootsausflüge und Angelausflüge möglich. Das Ferienhaus bietet auf seinen 133m² genug Platz für die gesamte Familie.
