By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. Close to everything is this central newly-renovated studio apartment. 8 mins to Road Town and 7 mins to Cane Garden and Brewers Bay and Sage Mountain National Park. There's no need for a/c on this mountain, it's cool and breezy most of the time but one is provided for when it's not. The property is bound by two major roads, Joe's Hill and Ridge Road, so there's some street noise from passing vehicles. This listing is great for beach goers, business travelers, and longer term stays.
