The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

It is 3 km (2.3 miles) from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from East Midlands International Airport. Nottingham University Jubilee Campus is only 2 miles away from the house. If you require another campus there is a hopper bus from Jubilee campus that can take you to others. Queens Medical Centre (QMC) university hospital is 3 km away (2.3 miles).

There is a large amount of free on street parking available outside the property. Walkable to Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Nottingham Forest Football ground.
