This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!

This cozy upstairs apartment makes for a great get-a-way for one day or for a week! There are two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other large room has a king size bed with plenty of room to spare. Each bedroom has a window AC unit. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The spacious bathroom includes towels, washcloths, and washer and dryer. Living area is spacious and has a Smart TV.
