You’ll love our large shared garden , the cozy living room and the close proximity to the royal park and volcano in the front garden! great for dogs!

With so much going on in Edinburgh; being in the heart of this amazing city allows you to experience the vibrance of history & culture from every angle. The Flat is perfect for Concerts & Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium; the Castle & Royal Mile is 10minutes away.

My flat is close to loads of cool and quirky bars and restaurants, has a tram stop nearby and is a very simple, one street route to the city centre, so no getting lost on your way! You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the art work, the vibrant surrounding area, and the relaxed and homey feel.
