Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

Undredal Langhuso

Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. Like utenfor døren finner man populære tur og sykkelstier. 6 min kjøring til Sogndal sentrum, 4 min unna ligger Kaupanger sentrum med dagligvare og ViteMeir senteret, kjekt for store og små! 2 min unna finner man baseng, lekeland og treningssenter.

A high standard cabin by the shoreline of the Aurlandsfjord, Western Norway. The area lies peacefully by the fjord, with its own parking lot and a quay with the opportunity for boat rental. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, TV with ASTRA international channels, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. Boat must be booked in advance of arrival.

The guest house is in our back yard, with high grade of privacy and beautiful view to the the fiord and the mountains. The guests are parking in our private driveway. Linen and towels are included, in the price, and the bed is made up. The guests also have a washing machine. The guests are cleaning the guest house after the house rules when leaving.
