Lawrenceville is named one of America’s coolest neighborhoods. There are so many top notch restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries to choose from, all within walking distance. I would be happy to provide suggestions for some of my favorite places to go in the neighborhood. Close to the strip and downtown too!

You'll be able to park right behind the property and walk to a ton of coffee shops, yoga, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The second bed is a pullout couch in the living room. Every window has a shade you can pull down to keep out the light.

We have limited private on site parking for additional $20 per day. Please inquire with us about its availability at time of booking! There is an additional room can be made available if needed for two more guests…. the cost is an extra $75 per night.
