With a private carport and entrance, this beautifully decorated, two-bedroom basement apartment comes with a kitchen, full bathroom, living room and patio with brick fire circle. *There is an additional pet fee of $100 per stay payable upon arrival. *Do not leave your pets unattended. Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Access by sidewalk from driveway to ramp to the back door back door is available. Yard is very spacious for children to run around in. It is also a quiet shaded neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Looking for a pool in the summer? There is a nice size one in the backyard that is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, sometimes earlier and open later in the fall. We are very close to the Lawrenceburg/Lawrence County Airport.

The "Cabin" is located at the entrance to Laurel Hill Wildlife Management Area. There are miles of horseback trails winding through over 14,000 acres within the WMA. There are 2 lakes with ample fishing. Trout are stocked numerous times throughout the year in both the VFW lake & Little Buffalo River. There are 29 miles of gravel roads open to horse traffic most of the year. Local attractions include Eagle Creek WMA, David Crockett State Park, Amish Country, and Crazy Horse Canoe rental.

Our cozy home is nestled in a great location. We are 6 miles from the lakes wedding venue, 9 miles to the Rafter H venue, and 8 miles to Davy Crockett State Park. Just a short drive to plenty of dining choices with delicious food. The home has been completely Remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, memory foam mattresses, and comfortable linens. The backyard is nice space with a picnic table and fire pit.
