Located in Alto do seixalinho, in the centre of Barreiro district, this two bedroom apartment is in perfect location, with great access to central Lisbon by boat. In less than 5 minutes walk, you will find local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and variety of commerce. Even though it is located close to the centre of the area, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The property benefits from a fantastic terrace, free Wifi, fresh towels and linens.

Walk to the river beach or enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Lisbon along the riverside where you find also nice restaurants and bars. Barreiro has excellent transportation: in 18 minutes by boat you can reach downtown Lisbon, and by train, Setúbal in 28 minutes or Évora in 1 hour. Both stations are also just a short walk away (boat: 20 min / train: 10 min).

There is ferry-boats all day long and everyday. If you have a car you are at 30 minutes to Lisbon and 25 minutes to the best beaches of Portugal, like Arrabida, Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra.
