This is a spacious non-smoking 2 bed, 2 bath 1600 sq. ft family friendly home is situated on a 1/3 acre fenced lot just a few blocks away from Splashway Waterpark and a short drive from several local wineries and activities. The property features covered parking, a fire pit, a propane grill, a stock tank splash pool, and a fenced yard with plenty of room for all to enjoy.

Cozy Country Guest House is a 100 year old farm home out in the country about 5 miles out of Hallettsville Tx. Off of highway 77, we have a 75 acres ranch, with cattle and horse. Our main home is on the property too, we enjoy watching the cows and deer that come across every morning and evening, so hope you enjoy a cup of coffee, or and evening beverage relaxing on the porch. This is a very quaint country relaxing environment, hope you enjoy.
