The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. It’s a 4 minute drive (25 minute slow walk) to the University of Idaho’s Student Union Building, and a 20 minute drive to Washington State University.
