Welcome to our tropical modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly built home in Playa Venao. This house is made for indoor/ outdoor living with huge glass sliding doors connecting the living spaces to outdoor spaces. The pool, hot tub, large covered patio with BBQ, and lush landscaping will make you feel like you are in a private resort. The house is on the beach side of the main road, just a short walk to a very private and tranquil part of the beach on Playa Venao.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath home that sleeps four. Our home is within walking distance from all the restaurants and less than a five-minute drive to several local beaches. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There are Wi-Fi and AC units in all rooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a bath in the hallway. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio. We have water reserve tanks.
