Fantastic studio consisting of a comfortable queen bed, and small kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay or weekend get away. Parking on premises. Unit was newly renovated and is impeccably kept. Minutes away from popular Indian Rocks beach / Belleair beach and clear water beach. Easy hassle free check in. (This is a one room studio with 1 queen bed as shown) this is a private apartment with its own front door. Not a shared space. Close to the Largo hospital, medical students welcome!

Newly remodeled, quiet and cozy guest house on a cul de sac. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. The house has a Smart TV, Internet w/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and much more. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are close to great shopping, dining and to some of Florida's best beaches.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

We would love to welcome everybody to our little spot near Clearwater Beach. You are renting 1/2 of a duplex. The other half is also being rented. The property is about 100 yards from the amazing Pinellas trail and only 3.8 miles to Clearwater beach. Downtown Clearwater is only 1.9 miles away.
