Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

UPDATE: This condo community was NOT affected by the hurricane. I am very fortunate. There was NO flooding or wind damage. Kick back and relax at this roomy 1 bed, 1 bath boho beach condo. This community offers a heated pool, bbq grills and reserved, onsite laundry and parking. Stroll down the sidewalk (half mile to beach) and take in the fresh, gulf breezes as you enjoy Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful sunsets, amazing food and a calm, relaxing beach community awaits you!

All appliances, kitchen pots, and all you need to make yourself home. TV in the living room and Master. Full cable. Fast WiFi. Roku. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler. 10 min from Clearwater Beach. 20 min from the airport. I put a lot of <3 INTO! You will feel at home in my place!!

El departamento tiene vista al mar. No tiene acceso al agua. Este es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y crear hermosos recuerdos de tus vacaciones o de tu estadía por trabajo. Tiene cocina completa con utensilios de cocina. Huéspedes tienen acceso a lavadora y secadora las ultimas son operadas con monedas localizados en el tercer piso. Localizado a minutos del aeropuerto de Tampa. Partes del resort están en siendo reparadas luego del huracán Helene.
