Lots of off street parking with enough room to park your RV! Located close to downtown (5 blocks) and University of Wyoming (7 blocks). Everything was thought of to stock the kitchen. Backyard has a charcoal BBQ (with a bag of briquettes) and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the established Elder trees.

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv.
