Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time. You will have the entire ground floor space and own front door.

There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Outside there is a spacious, private, courtyard to enjoy with outside seating and small table. The studio is located in our back garden on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes walk from the train station and town centre and only 10 mins drive from some of Cornwalls beautiful beaches.
