Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.

It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
