This stylish, spacious house has been been renovated to a high standard and is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lancing beach, famous for kitesurfing, but ideal for all water sports, or you can take a lovely stroll at low tide on the sand and visit the cafe overlooking the sea. The property is situated between Shoreham and Worthing, with Brighton a few miles away, which all offer a diverse range of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The south downs is close by offering some great walking.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.

Alexanders. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Alexanders is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing, refurbished in 2025. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles. Sleeps six, two bathrooms, a long dining table for a proper dinner, and a balcony. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor, and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after alexanders, the coastal herb the Romans brought to Britain and ate for centuries.
