'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.
