Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
