Our home is located 25 minutes from downtown Nevada City, and just 10 minutes from the South Fork of the Yuba River. Come enjoy some of the best biking, hiking and river access in the county.

We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. Witness and listen to the sounds of running water as you recharge; lazing at our creek, hiking through the property, on the guest deck overlooking our natural setting or soaking in the hot tub as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars. Although you experience the sense of being completely isolated, you will be within 5 miles of 12 eateries and a grocery market.

Kick back on the outdoor patio, with fire pit (during wetter months) and outdoor seating and dining area. Our goal is to make your stay a wonderful and unique experience. There is also a full hook up for a smallish recreational vehicle or trailer with septic hook up option.

Lake Wildwood is a gated community with a lake, 5 beaches and playgrounds, walking trails, tennis and pickleball, basketball, pool and other amenities. Please note that the golf course is private and requires yearly membership. Our Hot tub is for 4 people and inflatable.
