The entire property is included w/ your cottage rental; 1.1 acres, 800 ft of lake shoreline, a dock, a pier, a sunset deck, a social pavilion, waterfront hot-tub. Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!
