Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

In addition, we are minutes away from all of the popular wedding venues in Orange and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. Our house on Whistle Stop Farm (so named for the train that passes by) is next to the cottage if you need us. Otherwise, the place is yours. Come enjoy some time in country!

This 1960s bungalow has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated to create a very luxurious and comfortable experience. Convenient distance from Blue Ridge Mountain hiking. This property is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation. We are now accepting longer-term reservations!

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our newly renovated farm cottage sits at the edge of a grove of giant hardwoods. Enjoy year round mountain views, including Merry Mountain. Ease into the morning while watching wildlife from a front porch rocker. Visit local wineries, breweries, restaurants, museums, shops, hiking trails or wedding venues. Centered in Fauquier's wine country it is ideal for the weekend escape, or day trips West to the mountains, East to DC or points south. Also, a perfect solution for accommodating family at get-to-gathers, wedding guest, or your "Halfway overnight stay" traveler North/ South or to the beach.
