Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Hello All! We welcome our private hideaway to any guest that is looking for a short term getaway or just passing through the area. The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.
