The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

We offer both down filled pillows and duvet or polyesters, so let us know your preference when checking in. The sofa bed folds out and can sleep up to 2 more people if needed. 20 minute drive to Seattle or Tacoma, without traffic!
