Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).

Located near Lake Bomoseen and Castleton University. This is a charming upstairs apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to boat rentals and to a local country store. This apartment provides you with a cozy stay - a bedroom with a queen size bed, sofa bed, and air mattress.
