The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. Nice view of Lee's Creek with direct access to the main lake. The home has 2 bedrooms (Added sunroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed) with 1 and 1/2 baths. Can utilize boathouse for docking and 2 kayaks for renters use. A great get-away for families and girls/guys weekends.

Features a private boat dock equipped with a boat lift (21ft boat with 3,500lb limit), 2 jet ski lifts (1,000lb each), giant floating mat! paddle boards and kayaks for fun around the cove! Boat dock has a spare fridge, speaker system and a high speed fan. Float the day away in a secluded cove which limits boat traffic. Great for family fun.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
