Up to 4 off-street parking places. While this is a full house rental, Owner/Proprietor has an efficiency unit in front room of home that has a separate entrance. This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.

Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.
