Cozy coastal house on Umatilla lake. This charming home is newly built and fully furnished with up to date amenities and utilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

(Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. Fully renovated in a knotty pine cabin bear theme. It includes private lower level lockout "Outdoorsman's Suite", a total of 3 bedrooms plus 2 queen pullouts. Plus an A Frame "The Cub House" is included on the property with game table.

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
