The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. You could also drive to world class ski resorts (Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco and Breckenridge) in under an hour. Lake County License 2025-048
