Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

Bell Meadow Cottage

This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. There is a washing machine in the cabin & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Laundry detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV). *An AWD/4WD VEHICLE IS A MUST DURING WINTER AND EARLY SPRING! YOU SHOULD HAVE WINTER TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD (not all season). The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.
