The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.
