It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
