This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located in the new neighborhood called the Lamar. Beautiful neighborhood that is walkable. We have a ping pong table in the garage and a light up neon Hotty toddy sign for photos. There are 4 bedrooms (two king beds and two queen beds) and 4.5 bathrooms. There is a large sectional couch. Rocking chairs on the front porch. Neighborhood pool and pickle ball court (coming soon). Very close to Jinsei, Volta, Big Bad Breakfast and the Beacon!
