Das Haus wurde im Juni 2022 komplett renoviert. Die Möbel sind alle neu. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Supermarkt ist in 200 Metern. Izmir Flughafen ist 1 Stunde entfernt

Unser klimatisiertes und modernes Ferienhaus ist in der Zeus Park Anlage bei Davutlar-Kuşadasi und wurde 2016 erbaut. Die sichere Anlage mit Pförtner, Überwachungskameras und 2 Pools ist ca. 900 Meter zum Meer entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund des Corona Virus achten wir sehr darauf das Reinigen mit Desinifektionsmittel zwischen den Buchungen. Wlan für das ganze Jahr diese Option ist seit Juni 2023
