Forest Cabin is 380sf of coziness on a peaceful 40 acre waterfront estate. Enjoy a comfy full/double bed up in the loft (notice the ladder up), a peekaboo view through the forest canopy to Puget Sound, relax in the outdoor clawfoot tub or beside the wood stove (wood provided), rest in a hammock during summer, and watch the chickens and ducks peck about. Walk 3.min. across the field to access 1000 ft of private, southern exposure Puget Sound beach. Leashed pets are welcome w/a $45 pet fee.

The Holly Hill House

Set atop Harrison Hill on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, this 1,800 sqft home features a open floor plan with great flow. Peek-a-boo views of the Hood Canal and the surrounding lush greenery make this home a peaceful retreat and a fun gathering space. A large wrap-around patio, fire pit, seasonal gazebo, and outdoor dining set offers inviting outdoor entertainment! When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.
