Centrally located for everything that the Gold Coast has to offer, this is a newly-renovated, luxury self-contained unit that promotes a fresh, holiday feel. Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit.

Amazing Waterfront Apartment

My apartment is the perfect place to either sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings or go and take in all the Gold Coast has to offer. All Themeparks ie. Movie World, SeaWorld etc are within 20mins drive, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. The famous Charis Seafood is straight across the road, where you will see pelican feeding at 1:30pm everyday. I love to travel and understand the need for a comfortable place to stay whilst you are travelling... that home away from home!

It is clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and ready for your visit. It has indoor and outdoor living areas and under cover, off street parking. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.
