We are located between 2 trolley stations and a 2 minute drive to access the freeway. The studio includes a separate sleeping area with a comfy queen bed. The sleeping area and living area are separate areas. Enjoy our updated kitchenette for your meals. The studio has a private entrance.

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

Target and other grocery stores are a 5 minute drive. Directly across the street is fast-food and local restaurants. The complex is very safe, quiet and nicely maintained. The listing includes a free parking space with plenty of parking on the street.
