We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This is a lakefront cabin at Elk Point Lodge- a peaceful and secluded resort tucked in the pines on the eastern shore of Vallecito Reservoir - the quiet side. There is convenient free lake access from this cabin. Cabin 7, the Wildflower Cabin, gets its design inspiration from the colorful bounty of summer in Colorado. From the large new deck, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains. The interior on this two bedroom cabin is comfortable and cozy with a wood burning stove.

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of the Animas River. Private river access is available for paddleboarding, fishing, and kayaking. With the spaciousness of being in the country, you are still less than 5 minutes from downtown. The Animas City Trail is accessible from the property through a locked gate behind the apartment.
