Miles of hiking and biking trails are outside your door that lead you west to San Diego beaches or east to beautiful natural fauna. Close to the University of California campus and medical center and many of San Diego's famous attractions.

I’m Stacy, I just turned 44! Home w/ open living room/dining/kitchen area, washer/dryer. Room is furnished w/ a bed, dresser, tv, (camping cot (+price/person) for 3rd person). Plenty of parking. Excellent location w/ access 52/5/805 & bus stops. 10 mins drive to beach, 15 to Downtown, 15 to Del Mar. Home is clean, you maintain personal items in common area. Interested in mature people who keep home to a low rumble (no partiers!). We have jobs & classes which keep us busy! Drug & smoke free!

Quiet, upstairs private bedroom & bathroom in Mira Mesa. Depending on traffic, we are approximately 30 to 40 minutes drive to Airport, Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown, SeaWorld, Legoland. Sorrento Valley 5 minutes drive . Beaches & UCSD 15 minutes drive. Room has desk, TV with Netflix/coffee/tea/water provided, mini frig, microwave, kettle, fans, portable room A/C. Front door has a key pad for easy self entry. Private bathroom just outside your room door. Designated parking spot in driveway.

Oak Tree is private, luxurious, and centrally located. This is a locked bedroom suite. There are no shared spaces and no access to the rest of the building. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and transit giving you easy access to UCSD, Pacific Beach, Petco Park, and downtown via the San Diego Trolley (bus #27).This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, a private bathroom, and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.

Welcome to my Tiny House! It’s a cozy little detached unit from my main house. Complete with sink, water boiler, french press coffee, queen loft bed, electric off-grid toilet, and private outdoor shower. The shower was custom designed with solid free standing stone- you’ll feel like you stepped into a water fall! I just recently added a dedicated 5g network high speed wifi. I have other Airbnb rooms inside my home so backyard and hot tub are shared with myself and other guests.
